• Creating, uploading, or distributing content involving extreme violence, gore, hate speech, or that promotes terrorism or real-world harm
• Creating, uploading, or distributing deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Generating commercial content without appropriate licensing

Users who violate these rules may have their accounts terminated and may face legal consequences. We may also refuse, remove, or block content that violates these rules.

2. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of the services at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

3. Usage Limitations

Some features are subject to account, generation, credit, or resolution limits. Exceeding these limits may require signing in, purchasing credits, or choosing a paid plan.

1. Credit Packs

We offer one-time credit packs. Current prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed and do not expire.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By purchasing a credit pack, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected pack.

3. Refunds

All content on Bulin 47 Freestyle, including but not limited to code, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, logos, images, and software, is owned by us or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-party model providers, brands, names, and logos belong to their respective owners. Bulin 47 Freestyleis not affiliated with them unless expressly stated.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained the necessary rights to use and authorize us to process the content you upload
• Your content and the resulting generated videos do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights
• You will not use the service to copy, recreate, or commercialize copyrighted works, brand assets, or protected characters without a valid license or legal right to do so

You grant us permission to process and store your content to generate AI videos and provide generation history. You are solely responsible for the legality of your uploads and outputs, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the rules of any platform where you share the result.

Bulin 47 Freestyle does not review every upload or output for copyright clearance. We are not responsible for copyright, trademark, or publicity claims arising from content you upload, generate, download, or publish. If we receive a valid infringement notice, we may remove the material and restrict the related account.

3. Feedback

For any feedback or suggestions you provide about our services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.

1. Services Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

2. Generated Videos

Generated videos are AI-assisted outputs. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a specific use, and may not look exactly like the people in your photos. The service does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, free of third-party likenesses, or appropriate for commercial publication. You are responsible for reviewing each video before using, publishing, or sharing it.

You acknowledge that AI models can produce content that resembles existing works, brands, or people even when that was not intended. Any legal risk from such resemblance—including copyright, trademark, defamation, privacy, or publicity claims—is yours alone.

3. User Responsibility

Bulin 47 Freestyle is a tool. We do not create, endorse, or assume responsibility for violent, sexual, illegal, or infringing content requested by users. If you violate these Terms or applicable law, you are solely responsible for the consequences, including claims by third parties, platforms, or regulators. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for user uploads and generated videos.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for any third-party content, websites, products, services, or their privacy practices.
